Drawing, black ink and watercolour, on thick paper, 52,5 x 88 cm (some tears with min. loss, some damp st.). - Curious map of the Scheldt drawn by the civil engineer Matthyssens, likely in preparation for important changes to the port of Antwerp, as a similar map is included in his work "L'agrandissement du port d'Anvers et la grande coupure. Notes rétrospectives et modifications proposées au projet du gouvernement" (Bruss., Lamberty, 1906).
