Woodcut on title, lettering on two pages, handwritten inscription at head of title "N°18 manque" [N°18 is missing]. Comparison with the version given in 1858 by Picot and Nyrop implies here an abridged version, and a copy incomplete at the end. The version given by Dumas and Nyrop includes the equivalent of 2 extra pages between the lines "Savetier suis, ou en partie" and "Je sais déchanter ma partie" page (5). Our copy ends with "Je scay prendre perdis, chouettes", without the continuation equivalent to 4 pages.
