In-4, traditional washi paper boards, boro embroidered from antique Japanese fabrics, signed and numbered wooden box, washi paper and painted rice straw slipcase, signed and numbered (Publisher's binding). Luxurious reprint of this monument to the culinary art of the 20th century, reproducing the original 1919 edition exactly as it was printed. One of 70 copies on traditional Japanese washi paper, out of a total edition of 777. Accompanied by the album La Dive Cocagne (in-4, 61 pp., illustrated blue boards), facsimiles of the handwritten foreword to the Heptaméron, menus from the Larue restaurant, and handwritten menus by Édouard Nignon.
