First edition of this essential bibliography, describing nearly 1200 works on gastronomy published in Europe from the 15th to the 20th century, with numerous black and colour illustrations. One of 150 first copies on matt coated paper in the révorim binding specially designed by Jean de Gonet for this edition, signed by the author and the bookbinder.
