PONCHON (Raoul). La Muse au cabaret. Paris, Fasquelle, 1920. In-8, red half-maroquin with corners, spine decorated with a green mosaic calf vine leaf, gilt head, untrimmed, cover and spine. First edition.
Only 1000 numbered copies of this in-8 edition were made (n°246). The rest of the edition is in-12. This is the most famous collection by Raoul Ponchon, a poet and songwriter born in La Roche-sur-Yon in 1848, who died in Paris in 1937. Margins yellowed.
