Featuring articles on NICE, the ALPES-MARITIMES, and PROVENCE (often consisting of just a short paragraph in the bulletin), from Year IX (21 August 1801) to 20 August 1849, comprising 14 in-12 stapled bulletins, to which is appended a Bulletin dated 28 January 1859, a summons by Victor Emmanuel II to the Electoral College of Sospello to hold a new election for its deputy, and Bulletin No. 140 of 16 February 1807, containing, amongst other things, a Decree concerning soldiers detained in the penal colonies of Cherbourg and Nice on charges of desertion and insurrection, and the imperial decree ordering the publication in the departments beyond the Alps and in the States of Parma and Piacenza of laws relating to absent soldiers.
