[Manuscript]. Crystallisation, drying and hydration of honey. [February 1905?]. Manuscript of 6 pp., in-8°, lined with small squares, in a green notebook. The beginning is missing; this is probably the continuation of an article published in *L’Apiculteur*. ‘Sylviac’ appears at the very end (the author’s name?). Enclosed is a handwritten table (10 unnumbered pages, in-8°) comprising 48 chapters (probably incomplete), annotated and corrected for the printer or publisher (circa 1900), 2 handwritten recipes for Malaga wine, one of which uses honey alone. 1 p. in-8°.
