A collection of several dozen printed legal briefs submitted to the Bailiwick of Issoudun in 1781; a substantial volume bound in an old parchment cover dating from 1781; with a list of receipts at the end [ISSOUDUN (LAW, 18th century)]. Compiled collection of legal documents (1749–1781), quarto, full vellum, plain ribbed spine, reused covers with handwritten text in brown ink, red-speckled edges, old annotations in ink on the endpapers (lists, recipes, etc.).
