Description
Licence IV A Category 4 licence to serve alcohol for consumption on the premises, known as a ‘Licence IV’, previously operated at the premises known as Pont ar Barrès in Plouzévédé (29400), forming part of the assets of the compulsory liquidation of SARL PONT AR BARRES, Restaurant du Guillec, sold subject to the successful bidder completing all the administrative formalities necessary for its transfer and, where applicable, its assignment. The successful bidder shall be personally responsible for the transfer of the Licence IV in accordance with the relevant administrative and police regulations in force. In particular: - They declare that they meet the administrative and police requirements for obtaining a licence and are over 18 years of age - not to be a legally incapacitated adult or to have been subject to certain convictions that would preclude the right to operate a licensed premises; - They undertake to submit the transfer declaration to Plouzévédé Town Hall (29400) or the Prefect of Finistère in the event of a change of municipality or department. The Licence IV is sold ‘as is’.
