Motobécane, premier constructeur français de deux roues, présente en 1938, avec le « Poney 60 » type AG1. Ensuite elle fut suivie par la « Poney 50 » type AG2 dès 1946.
Cette Motobécane est dans la famille depuis 1947, date à laquelle le père du propriétaire effectuait des achats fromagers aux halles de Paris avec une remorque. Elle fut ensuite remisée dans un grenier au sec. En 2011, le propriétaire décidait de la restaurer. Ce fut fait par un restaurateur moto situé à PONT SUR YONNE " MOTO JOUVENCE".
