• Le Galletto, petit coq en italien, est un scooter construit par Moto Guzzi entre 1950 et 1966. Le projet était de combiner les avantages d’une moto à hautes roues avec celles d’un scooter.
• Le concept ? Protéger le conducteur, faciliter l’utilisation typique d’un scooter combiné à la performance, au confort et à la tenue de route d’une moto.
• Le prototype a été présenté au Salon de Genève en 1950 et a immédiatement connu un succès remarquable grâce à ses capacités de confort et d’endurance.
- Projeté en 150 cm3, le Galletto apparaît en 1950 en 160 cm3, passe à 175 et gagne une quatrième vitesse en 1952 et devient un 192 cm3 en 1954.
