Ⓛ Jambiyya signée ’Osmân
Empire ottoman, vers 1800.
Dague à lame courbe en acier à arête centrale et double tranchant. La poignée est entièrement décorée en koftgari à l’or de rinceaux et d’arabesques. Une signature « ’âlam ’Osmân » figure sur la poignée. Fourreau en bois recouvert de cuir.

A signed Ottoman jambiyya dagger, curved steel blade, the hilt entirely decorated in gold koftgari, bearing the signature « ’alam ’Osman » on the grip, Ottoman Empire, c. 1800.
