Képi 18ème SIM. Confectionné en drap écarlate, bandeau en drap noir, passepoil blanc, chiffre 18 brodé cannetille argentée. La 18ème section d'infirmiers militaires était stationnée à Bordeaux. Fausse jugulaire en cuir noir retenue par deux petits boutons lisses, visière en cuir avec jonc en cuir. Bandeau en cuir noir portant le marquage d'un tailleur à Bordeaux et doublure en satinette noire. A noter plusieurs trous de mites à l'arrière. Kepi of the 18th Military Nursing Section. Made of scarlet cloth with black band and white piping, the number 18 embroidered in silver bullion. The 18th military nursing section was stationed in Bordeaux. Black leather false chinstrap secured by two small plain buttons, leather visor with leather trim. Black leather sweatband bearing a Bordeaux tailor’s mark and black sateen lining. Several moth holes visible at the rear.
