Acacia Enchères reminds you that the sale is for cash and that payment of the total price must be made immediately after the sale. Consequently, the buyer of a lot must pay the total price immediately, even if he wishes to remove the lot from French territory, by the following means: - by Visa or MasterCard on site only (with no upper limit). The identity of the cardholder must be that of the purchaser; to this end, he/she must be able to prove his/her identity. - by bank transfer in euros. - by bank cheque in euros, subject to presentation of two pieces of valid identification (up to €500, cashed at least 15 days before collection of the lot(s)) - in cash in euros (only if the total amount of the invoice, including charges, is less than or equal to €1,000 for French tax residents and up to €15,000 for foreign tax residents, with proof of identity). - Live buyers: payment with strong authentication required via the Interenchères account.

Internet fees: 1% excluding VAT of the hammer price for judicial sales, 3% excluding VAT for voluntary sales or €40 excluding VAT per vehicle. No additional fees will be applied on charity auction lots.

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
