Special conditions:
The collection of lots by the public takes place by appointment ONLY. Successful bidders are advised to collect their lots within a fortnight to avoid any storage and security charges, which would be at their expense at a rate of up to €5 (excluding VAT) per day per item. Some lots must be collected in person from the property in the Rhône (69). This is indicated at the end of the description for each relevant lot. Where possible, the Auction House may arrange to group together lots belonging to the same buyer; this is done on a case-by-case basis and constitutes a service, not an obligation.

The buyer’s fees charged by the Auction House are 24% (including VAT) and 14.28% (including VAT) for lots sold under judicial proceedings. Payment, which is due immediately, may only be made: - By credit card via the Interencheres link. THERE IS NO CREDIT CARD TERMINAL ON SITE. - By bank transfer to the account details shown on the sale slip. - By cheque; payments by cheques drawn on a foreign bank will only be accepted following verification. We advise anyone wishing to take part in the sale to ask their bank for a letter of credit for an amount approximating their intended purchase. We reserve the right to request payment by bank cheque. - In cash up to €1,000

Internet fees: 1.5% excluding VAT of the hammer price for judicial sales, 1.5% excluding VAT for voluntary sales or €60 excluding VAT per vehicle. No additional fees will be applied on charity auction lots.

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
