CHRONO Auction of Militaria, Weapons, Historical Memorabilia and Hunting Items.
All our lots come from collections in the south-west of France and have been appraised by Mr Hervé MATOUS.

For the purchase of Category C firearms:
The purchaser must not be listed on the FINIADA (National Register of Persons Prohibited from Acquiring and Possessing Firearms), must have an open and valid SIA account (digital register) and must provide the following documents:
If you are a hunter:
- a copy of a valid identity document,
- a duly opened and valid SIA account number,
- a copy of your hunting licence,
- a copy of the annual validation of your hunting licence for the current year or the previous year.
If you are a sport shooter:
- a copy of a valid identity document,
- a valid SIA account number that has been duly opened,
- a copy of a valid French Shooting Federation licence.
For the purchase of Category B firearms:
The purchaser must not be listed on the FINIADA (National Register of Persons Prohibited from Acquiring and Possessing Firearms), hold a prefectural authorisation to acquire and possess Category B firearms, have an available quota permitting the acquisition and transfer of firearms from the auction house’s Digital Police Register to their SIA account (digital inventory), and provide the following documents:
- a copy of a valid identity document,
- a duly opened and valid SIA account number,
- a copy of a valid French Shooting Federation licence,
In all cases, purchasers must comply with the laws in force on the day of the sale and on the day the firearms are handed over.
The transfer of Category B and/or C firearms to the SIA account (digital inventory) takes place on the day the firearm or firearms are handed over in person to the purchaser or on the day the parcel(s) are dispatched.
As these are second-hand firearms, hunting, target shooting and collector’s firearms are sold ‘as is’, without any guarantee from the firm or the expert.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to have the firearms inspected by a professional before any use.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MIXED PAYMENT METHODS (e.g. card and cash) ARE NOT PERMITTED.
If the lot is to be collected by someone other than the buyer or a professional carrier, please send a letter of authorisation and your ID by email ([email protected]) and ask the person acting on your behalf to present their national identity card as well.
