Please take note of the descriptions and photographs of the lots before buying. The sale is always preceded by an exhibition, in order to take note of the condition of the lots.
Buyers are given the opportunity to place purchase orders or telephone orders directly from our website, without going through online auction platforms.
Sale fees are 24% (incl. VAT) for voluntary lots and 14.28% (incl. VAT) for judicial lots. Judicial lots are preceded by an asterisk (*).
Additional fees, indicated on their platforms, must be taken into account for online buyers (Interencheres or Drouot LIVE).
Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash up to a limit of €1,000 (including charges) per consignment note. Payment by cheque is not possible.
For online buyers, the credit card registered at the time of registration will be automatically debited at the end of the sale. Please inform us by e-mail at the end of the sale if you wish to proceed otherwise.

Storage and safekeeping charges of €5 (incl. VAT) per lot per day will be applied from 20 days after the sale. After 45 days, the lots will be sent to a storage facility at your expense.
The Auction House does not pack or ship the lots. A list of carriers will be provided with your buyer's slip. Before making a purchase, please enquire about transport or shipping costs. The successful bidder is responsible for his lots as soon as the hammer is down. The Auction House cannot be held responsible in the event of delay, damage, deterioration or loss of the item during transport.
Under certain conditions, established by the ADAGP, the acquisition of a work may entail the payment of a droit de suite.

In the event of a dispute, you are free to refer the matter to the government commissioner, in order to seek an amicable solution to the conflict. Lots belonging to L'Étude are preceded by two asterisks (**).
