Registration is essential prior to the sale: please have your credit card or a signed deposit cheque ready, along with proof of identity – KBIS and power of attorney for companies. Payment by bank transfer, credit card (in person only for lots totalling €2,000 or less; no remote credit card payments), or cash (for lots with a total value of less than €1,000, including fees only) Payment must be made by the bidder; any payment by a third party will be refused. If you are bidding on behalf of a company, you must be its legal representative or hold a power of attorney from the legal representative, and you must provide us with the relevant documents no later than the day of the sale (KBIS certificate less than 3 months old or draft articles of association for a company in the process of being formed, proof of identity of the managing director and proof of identity of the authorised representative) In the event of late collection, storage charges of €5 per day per lot may be invoiced from the 15th day following the sale.
