All registrations on Drouot.com must be accompanied by a copy of an identity document for individuals and a KBis certificate for legal entities. The firm shall not be held liable for any failure of the technical means made available to clients (the Internet and all other means). Auctions: the successful bidder shall be the highest bidder and the last person to bid, and shall be legally obliged to provide their name and address as well as a valid identity document (a recent Kbis extract and a power of attorney for legal entities). Lots and their accessories shall only be handed over to the successful bidders once all sums due have been paid in full. By participating in the sale, you acknowledge that you have been informed that: • any unpaid sale slip or one subject to late payment is likely to be recorded in the TEMIS Register and may restrict your ability to participate in auctions; • important notifications regarding the outcome of the auction will be sent to you at the email and/or postal address provided to KÂ-MONDO or to the Live platforms. If you are listed on the TEMIS Register, KÂ-MONDO may make access to its services conditional upon the use of specific payment methods or guarantees, or may refuse you access to certain services for which such guarantees cannot be provided.
